If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

- Provide and maintain TruckCmd services (TruckSched, TruckInvy, Food Truck Fav)
- Process your event approvals and generate prep lists automatically
- Publish your schedule to Food Truck Fav so customers can find you (only data you explicitly approve)

- Improve our products based on how food truck operators use them
- Prevent fraud and ensure security

Data Sharing
We only share your information in these limited circumstances:
- Public schedule data: Event information you approve in TruckSched is automatically published to Food Truck Fav so customers can find you. This is a core feature of the platform.
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
