If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

  • Provide and maintain TruckCmd services (TruckSched, TruckInvy, Food Truck Fav)
  • Process your event approvals and generate prep lists automatically
  • Publish your schedule to Food Truck Fav so customers can find you (only data you explicitly approve)

  • Improve our products based on how food truck operators use them

Data Sharing

We only share your information in these limited circumstances:

  • Public schedule data: Event information you approve in TruckSched is automatically published to Food Truck Fav so customers can find you. This is a core feature of the platform.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
